Develop annual Marketing plans, budgets, and sales targets
Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Manage and evaluate team performance
Execute tasks as assigned by the CMO
2. Communication & Events
Build and implement multi-channel communication plans
Organize online/offline events (events, workshops, activations…)
3. Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and monitor Digital channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok…)
Analyze data and optimize campaign performance and costs
Develop and manage website SEO
Manage the Digital team and coordinate with agencies
Propose creative ideas for campaigns
4. Customer Management (CRM)
Develop customer care and loyalty programs
Manage customer service channels
Optimize CRM systems and customer database
II. Personnel standards
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
– A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in the marketing field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Leader/Manager.
– Positive, professional attitude with a strong sense of fostering a respectful and healthy workplace culture.
– Proficient in English communication, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to work.
– Passionate about the high-end interior design industry
III. Working hours
Working hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM or 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
From Monday to Saturday; 2 Saturdays off per month

Salary is negotiable based on experience and capability.
