OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking to hire an interior designer with 3-5 years of experience at a luxury residential interior design firm. More specifically, we’re looking for:
- A creative and detail-focused individual that is capable of managing budgets and working within specific time constraints. This role will involve working with the principal and design director to develop a design plan that falls within an established concept, budget, and timeline;
- Experience with creating construction documentation and schedules for custom interior, architectural detailing, and finishes;
- Knowledge of high-end furniture, fixtures, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, color, and materials;
- Experience with construction sequencing and project management, including the ability to communicate effectively/manage various contractors and outside service providers;

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited program;
- Professional experience with a high-end residential interior design firm;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD;
- Experience with ChiefArchitect, Home Designer, SketchUp, Excel, and PowerPoint helpful;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
