Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Director to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site
- Manage the project schedule
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous experience in construction
- Experience as a bags on supervisor
- Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes
